Wow I have seen it all! Democratic Senate Candidate Shackleford's volunteers in Pike removing school board candidates signs. Classy move. Fortunately I have your license plate number...I'm sure the newspaper will love the photo just in time for the election.

  3. Now Brizzi hires the PR that the Mayors son works for? It's also the same PR firm that worked with Jason Fishburns father on the Wishard deal.

So Brizzi hires the Mayors son to do his pr work.

this is getting better and better everyday

  4. Where is TOJO in all of this? Shouldn't he be telling Brizzi that hiring the Mayor's Son's Firm might look bad? Anyway, why is nobody asking TOJO why he selected Fishburn to run for Sherriff? Are the afraid of the answer or already know the answer. Hopefully the PCs will send this low life, greasy haired, swinger, packing next time they caucus. It is hard to take the high ground when your Chairman in a swinger.

  5. How about the two Sheriff's candidates from different parties that have made a deal to give the other a spot in their administration if they are elected sheriff. One is slated, one is not.

  7. Just wanted to put out an APB for a one Micheal Wolley a resident of Pike Township. Hey big fella just wanted you to know that I did observe you willfully damaging political yard (school board no less) signs and had I not had my kids with me I would have pulled your sorry ass over. I have your plate number and will be watching you from this point forward.

And lets be clear I don't give a rat-ass if you have ties with Sheriff Anderson as his chaplain. If I see you vandalizing private property or using your vehicle in a reckless manner I will haul your fat ass in - with lights and sirens.

  8. So Mike Wolley (Mr. Iamrunningforcouncilin2011) is destroying yardsigns in Pike Township your latest claim to fame? I've got one question for you Mikey: Is that what a Christ Church Apostolic member should be doing? I don't beleive the Bishop would look too kindly on that. Besides what goes arounds comes around. Feel me?

No one and I mean no one respects a lowlifes who can only flex their political muscle by destroying yard signs of school board members. I hope that cop catches you in the act next time. And as for a council race, don't even think about it. People aready know what kind of person you are and will have no problem going public.

  9. If I were Wolley I would be watching myself when pulling out both school board and Mark Brown signs. After what the other Jail Chaplains kid did up at 96th and Keystone, I would be laying as low was possible.

  10. hey off duty LEO,

you might want to look into Tim Kopenen and his sidekick Stella Brown. The weird thing about it is he's using her to harass candidates who are for the referedum. Obviously there's more there than meets the eye. What is really puzzling is that Tim has a decidedly bigoted opinion of African-Americans (he considers himself the great white emancipator) so why is Stella and African-American carrying his water?

  11. IPSE, PLEEEEAAASSEEE do a post on the Pike Township school board race, there's more than meets the eye there. I'm also sure some of your readers might be interested to see how some people are positioning themselves to run for future offices.

  12. Folks, threats in a blog even under anonymous are not cool. "watch your back" or "we are always watching you" are in poor taste. if someone broke the law, report it. we are all political geeks with no superhuman powers to stop crime. look at who runs the party, are there any bigger nerds you have ever met this is just politics. TOJO is mayor of weirdville, but threatening him or anyone else is silly. Get a grip.

  13. I don't think there are any threats. Just kind words of advise. The people breaking the law have probalby been reported with pictures to the Marion County Election Board.

And really, who cares about being cool? The cool kids on both sides of the isle is who got us in the mess we are in to begin with.

Those who chastise Anonymous posters Anonymously might have a bigger problem than being cool. LOL

  14. on a different note, that Eric Huffine who is running for school board is really a go-getter his signs and mailers are everywhere in Pike Township. Go Eric!

  15. pike teacher not on probationMay 3, 2010 at 7:16 AM

The reason Eric Huffine is working so hard has everything to do with his wife who is a teacher. Apparently she is on a workplan (similar to probation) and is on the list to be released. Eric Huffine hopes that once elected he can intercede on her behalf or at least bring her back in the near future. So it is no suprise to some of us why he's highly motivated and spending his own money.
